Visual inspection of the main structural and non-structural defects for more than three hundred villas and twenty-five residential multi-story buildings.   Complete structural integrity assessment report was prepared for each villa and residential apartment including detailed survey, repair design and the corresponding specification as well as the rehabilitation works documents (e.g. BOQ).
